The Story

DB Micro-Coated aesthetic archwires provided the optimum cosmetic appearance. The wires are only coated on the labial surface, reducing friction and improving sliding mechanics compared to fully coated archwires. The PFTE coating is just .00005", so a true archwire size is achieved. The coating is resistant to staining and cracking, even if the archwire shape is changed. All DB Micro-Coated archwires are individually packed and sealed in an autoclavable pack to protect your patients from cross contamination.
